What's included

- Short consultation at the start: pressure, focus areas, anything to avoid.
- Shower before and after, where the location allows.
- All gels, oils and towels the therapist needs.
What's not included
- Anything not agreed before the session begins.
- Travel outside Manhattan, if you're booking outcall.
- Gratuity, which is customary at 15–20% but entirely at your discretion.

Payment is settled at the start. If you're booking outcall, confirm the full address and any access instructions when you book — hotel visitor policies, doorman buildings and walk-ups all affect the arrival window.
