Who can book

  • Adults aged 21 and over only. ID may be requested at the start of a session.
  • Bookings are made by the person attending. We don't accept bookings made on behalf of someone who won't be present.
  • You must be sober. Not a moral position — deep pressure plus alcohol or drugs is an injury risk, and a therapist can't read your body's responses.
  • You must be able to give clear consent to what's agreed. If you can't, the session won't go ahead.

What a session includes

Every treatment listed on this site is a bodywork session. What's included is stated on the service page and confirmed out loud in the consultation. Nothing outside that is implied, offered or negotiable during the session.

If you're unsure whether something is part of a treatment, ask before you book. You'll get a direct answer.

Boundaries

  • Boundaries are set by both people and aren't a starting position for negotiation.
  • A clear "no" at any point ends that line of discussion. Repeated pushing ends the session.
  • You're equally entitled to set your own limits, at any point, including mid-session.
  • Neither side renegotiates price during a session.

Conduct

  • Arrive on time. Not early — rooms are prepared for the slot, not before it.
  • Shower before the session. It's a working requirement for oil and gel techniques.
  • Phones go on silent and out of reach. Recording of any kind is not permitted.
  • Treat the therapist as a professional doing a job. That's the baseline for everything else here.

Payment

  • Payment is settled at the start of the session, at the agreed rate.
  • Rates are the ones published on this site. If someone quotes you a different figure, it isn't authorised.
  • Gratuity is customary at 15–20% but entirely at your discretion.

Late arrivals and cancellations

  • Arriving late shortens the session, not the price — the slot can't be extended into the next booking.
  • Short-notice cancellations may carry a fee. We apply the same standard to ourselves if we cancel on you.
  • If a session is ended early because a boundary was crossed, payment for the time used is still due.

What ends a session immediately

  • Any attempt to push past a stated boundary.
  • Recording, filming or photographing without explicit agreement.
  • Arriving intoxicated, or bringing anyone to the session unannounced.
  • Abusive or aggressive conduct of any kind.

In these cases the session stops, payment is due for the time used, and the booking won't be offered again.

Our commitments to you

  • The price you're quoted is the price you pay.
  • You'll have the address or arrival window in writing before the booking is confirmed.
  • The therapist who arrives is the one who was booked.
  • Your privacy is not discussed with anyone, at any point.
  • You can ask for a pause, less pressure, or an end to any part of a session at any time.
